Puan Shareen Binti Abdul Manan is an experienced legal practitioner specializing in Civil Litigation. She became a partner at Presgrave & Matthews on 1 January 2010, after joining the firm as a Legal Assistant on 13 March 1999.
With her expertise in civil litigation, Puan Shareen handles a wide range of legal disputes and represents clients in various litigation matters including complex disputes in the areas of company law, contract, tort, land fraud, landlord and tenant, eviction proceedings and housing development. She has acted for the State Government, a state corporate body, a local institution of higher learning, various developers and companies at all levels of the judicial system including the High Courts and the Appellate Courts.
