Personal Experience
Mr. Peter Moey Boon On is a highly experienced legal practitioner who has been a partner at Presgrave & Matthews since 1 January 1996. With a strong background in banking and property law, he specializes in Personal and Corporate Banking as well as Property Conveyancing, offering expert legal guidance in financial transactions and real estate matters.
He began his legal career upon being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 5 October 1991. Since then, he has been actively practicing law with Presgrave & Matthews, providing dedicated legal services to his clients.
In addition to his legal practice in Malaysia, Mr. Moey is also admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn, reflecting his international legal credentials and expertise.
Education
Mr. Moey obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of London, a prestigious institution known for its strong academic foundation in legal studies.
