Mr. Murgan A/L D. Maniam is a Partner at Presgrave & Matthews, specializing in Civil Litigation. He joined the firm as a Legal Assistant on 17 January 2011 and was subsequently made a Partner on 1 January 2020.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Mr. Murgan had an extensive 24-year tenure at the Legal Department of the Majlis Perbandaran Pulau Pinang. He served as Head of the Legal Department from 1993 until his retirement in 2009, providing him with vast experience in employment municipal, building planning and land law matters.

Mr. Murgan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Buckingham.
He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 14 January 2011, transitioning into private legal practice after his distinguished public service career.
