Daniel Khoo Kelvin is an Associate at Presgrave & Matthews, specializing in Dispute Resolution with a particular focus on Construction, Tax Appeal, and Civil Litigation. He has gained experience across various types of legal proceedings, including court proceedings, arbitration, adjudication, and tax appeal.
