Encik Mohamed Aslam Bin Mohamed Mydin is a seasoned legal practitioner specializing in Civil Litigation. He has been a partner at Presgrave & Matthews since 1 January 1996, demonstrating his extensive experience and dedication to the firm.

He began his legal career upon being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 2 May 1992. Since then, he has been practicing law with Presgrave & Matthews, where he has built a strong reputation in civil litigation. He has acted for the state religious body, a state utility company and insurance companies at various tiers of the Malaysian judiciary including the High Courts and the Appellate Courts. His expertise includes handling complex legal disputes, advising clients on legal strategies, and representing them in court proceedings including highly contentious disputes in areas of land ownership, landlord and tenant/squatter and the eventual eviction proceedings, contract, tort, negligence, personal injuries, insurance, ownership pertaining to wakaf and baitulmal properties involving also the conflict of jurisdiction issues, and various enforcement proceedings post-judgment.
