Ms.Karin Lim Ai Ching

Encik Mohamed Aslam Bin Mohamed Mydin

He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 2 May 1992 and has been in practice with the firm since then. He has a Bachelor-of-Laws degree from the University of Malaya.

Mr.Suppiah s/o Arumugam

He became a partner of Presgrave & Matthews on 1 January 1997.

He was a legal assistant of the firm in 1993 before rejoining the firm on 12 May 1995. He specialises in Civil and Corporate Litigation.

Ms.Wong Soop Foon

She became a partner of Presgrave & Matthews on 1 May 2001. She specialises in Banking and Property Conveyancing.

She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 4 November 1995 and has been in practice with the firm since then. She has a Bachelor-of-Laws degree from the University of London.

Mr.Lim Hock Siang

He became a partner of Presgrave & Matthews on 1 January 2002 and prior to that he has been a legal assistant in the firm since 9 November 1996. He is an arbitrator on the panel of KLRCA for Arbitration and an adjudicator on the panel of KLRCA for Adjudication. His main practice areas are in construction law and arbitration, commercial and corporate litigation and tax litigation. He also sits as an arbitrator.

He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 9 November 1996. He has a Bachelor-of-Laws degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, major in accounting and finance from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Ms.Ong Beow Chieh

She became a partner of Presgrave & Matthews on 1 January 2002 and prior to that she has been a legal assistant in the firm since 5 February 1997. Encik Shamshul Bin Jamil

Mr Murgan A/L D. Maniam

He has been a legal assistant of Presgrave & Matthews since 17th January 2011. He specialises in Planning Law.

He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High court of Malaya on 14th January 2011. He has a Bachelor-of-Laws degree from the University of Buckingham.

Prior to being called to the Bar, he was with the Legal Department of the Majlis Perbandaran Pulau Pinang for 26 years and was appointed head of the Legal Department from 1993 until his retirement in 2009.

Ms. Nishantel Kaur d/o Balvinder Singh

She has been a legal assistant of Presgrave & Matthews since 3 August 2009. She specialises in Civil Litigation.

She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 31 July 2009. She has a Bachelor-of-Laws degree from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

In 2019 she completed the Professional Diploma in International Arbitration and was accredited as an Affiliate Member of The Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators. In 2022 she was accredited as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

Ms. Lee Kar Kheng
